  Items were stolen. From spectrumm and sold on EBAY. I tried to get the cable box turned on. And spectrum ask for the serial numbers. And they said that a spectrum service Vehicle was broken into and this box is on the list. Now I am dealing with law enforcement. They said that if I shipped it back. I will be charged with shipping stolen items across state lines
