However, since these were purchased for staff use, that didn't matter too much. The issue was that when they were manufactured the internal tabs that lock the extended blade in place were not bent sufficiently to engage the locking detent. This allowed the blades to act in an unsafe manner during use. Had to perform some needle nose plier surgery to every one.
