This kit does require, at least in my case, removal of the entire dash. Requires an additional pulley which affects power, but there is a fix (info available on line) which adapts to the single pulley so power is not drastically affected. I live in a southern climate so no a/c is not an option unless I use my 2002 tii six months of the year. Also not an option. Parts appear to be good quality and the kit is put together well.
