    Hi Tim. We are not in the business of sending smashed items to our customers. It was brand new out of the original case. This is the first time I've heard of this. If the item came smashed let's make an insurance claim and make it right.

    Refusing your lowball offer for 4 of the same item was not intended to be rude. I said sorry then and I'll say it again that your offer did not make any sense for me. I still gave you a great deal for something that sells for many times its value and you gave me 2 negative feedbacks.
