I am a keen photographer specialising in these impressive little Sony cameras, and I own two myself.
All of my cameras get a full function check, service and thorough external clean of the body and lens barrel to make them look as close to new as possible. The service can include where necessary, but is not limited to:
Thorough clean, screen refurbishment, glitchy function wheel replacement, sensor clean, back-up battery replacement, shutter replacement, full spectrum conversion.
It is unlikely that you will find any cleaner Sony cameras on eBay. Attention to detail is the key!
