  AVOID! Seller refused to believe that the umbrella arrived faulty. Button didn't press in. Multiple times I was requesting a full refund & they consistently tried to wriggle out of it by stalling on resolution & insisting that the issue was due to my ignorance! They gave me a partial refund which I refused & after over a month of going back & forth & a threat to do an Ebay dispute, they finally gave a full refund. They also said leave a positive review first and only then they will do a refund!
