    Seller said item was posted via second class post and they are not fully tracked,i whaited for an week and order never showed up,I opened claim for item not arrived and seller communication wasnt greatest,ut they refunded me after 2 days I was nagging about item not delivered to me.

    Order was dispatched on time with the postage method the buyer chose (Royal Mail 2nd Class, limited tracking). Full refund was issued immediately, but we advised waiting a couple of days as postal delays can happen. Delivery times are outside our control.
