    Extremely well packed triple layer of big bubble wrap which is very important for technology gear so that is very much appreciated. Item was shipped and arrived quickly and is exactly as stated in the post. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

    The items were in working condition. They had been "reset", but because they were originally cloud connected, as soon as they were added to a network they joined the cloud automatically. They needed to be blocked from web access and then eventually failed over to local-only mode. It took quite a bit of time and research, but overall they are functional. They appear in good physical shape.
