Strictly speaking, the shipping is not the seller's fault. The problem is in the carrier's tracking system. The package was shipped to Alberta Canada address in October/November on time but the tracking system still says that the item is in Chicago customs for more than 2 weeks. I trusted the tracking system and did not check my mailbox when it was -20C for a week. The problem was solved. The item is described. I recommend.
