  Received this coffee pot via UPS. It was wrapped in Saran wrap, not bubble wrap. There was crinkled brown paper on the bottom and top. I don’t understand why anyone would wrap something like that so carelessly. Needless to say, it was damaged in shipping. One of the feet was broken off. I reported it to the seller and received a call from UPS. I’ve had NO contact with the seller to know if UPS refunded them due to the shipping damage. I would not recommend this seller.

  Good seller. Shipped quickly. Item condition as described. Packaging could be improved as package had split open. Luckily, Canada Post had placed package in protective plastic covering and coat arrived without damage. Thanks.
