  After a month and a half, I have finally gotten through an issue, and the seller was there the entire way. Paypal used a wrong delivery address, and still delivered to a house that didn't technically exist. I purchased a second exhaust in the meantime. PayPal got the address right, but messed up the payment. In time, seller refunded the missing package and even adjusted price of second order to match the first. Only con with the seller is responses take a day. Which is fine given the time zone.
