I was able to install the OS after I replaced the SSD with a spare one i happened to have. Also, the battery that came with this unit wouldn’t hold a charge, a replacement one had to be ordered. Lastly, the digitizer pen was missing, I ended up ordering a new one. Once the OS and drivers had been installed, the laptop performed well.
