  The quality of this item has definitely declined from years ago. This is absolutely no fault of the seller, it is the quality of Ugg in general. They were new in box, so condition and appearance were excellent however the value of the item vs the quality is questionable. The seller deserves 5 stars but the item deserves 3!

  I wear size 10m in marrell boots ordered these for work way to small need 101/2 seller refused to give me my 65 dls back no good just put them on and taking back off ripoff!
