  Unfortunately,, I had to contact this seller regarding the shredded condition of the package and the damage to the blouse. She immediately refunded my purchase and mentioned plans to deal with the USPS herself. Phew! God bless her! Such a shame ~ would have enjoyed wearing this pretty blouse. The “chewed” part was located in a place in front that could not have been repaired.
