    The decal are stuck to the plastic the sticky side of the decal is on the plastic so after the tape is removed the decal has no sticky part I’m not sure what happened after trying to use them the got messed up trying to get the decal off the plastic and on the tape they went in the trash from frustration.lessen learned .
