  Fiel a la descripción con excelente calidad y la caja efectivamente tenía un par de detalles que menciono en la publicación el vendedor pero no sé apreciaban, nada significativo, recomiendo al vendedor, el envío tardo más de lo esperado en llegar pero se recibió en perfecto estado y bien protegido. Trato serio.

  The plush is a genuine Great Eastern doll, exactly as described and as photographed. It comes in its factory sealed bag, new with tags. More expensive than buying straight from Great Eastern directly with no real trade off for the shipping time. However, seller was communicative and helpful. Recommended.

  Frustrating customer service! I purchased two items on 4/6. One came, the other still has not. After sending a message on 4/14 about the other item, I was told it had been shipped but they’d still send a new item since the second item was not received. I have since sent five messages inquiring about its whereabouts and received no response. You’d think that after allegedly sending the items twice (again, one on 4/6 and another on 4/15), at least one would have been delivered by now.

  It came in perfect condition and the quality is excellent! Personally I'd say the value was worth the money. Also, it looks just as it did in the pictures so an accurate appearance! Very amazing seller!
