  Parcel was lost by courier after waiting in for days. A saga that wasn’t the sellers fault and they sent a replacement quickly agreeing to do so by a different courier. I appreciated that. The frame is really well made and arrived well packed so in good condition. It is great value and looks great with my print. Very happy. Polite customer service. They listened to my questions and offered solutions. Thank you.

  I was really impressed with the quality of this item. It was very reasonably priced and arrived in perfect condition having been packed very well. Unfortunately I had to return the lampshade as it wasn’t the right size. The communication from the vendor was excellent and a full refund was given very quickly. I would recommend this vendor.

  Arrived safely, but in a box that was far too large for the contents, rather than a Jiffy bag - the box had been squashed, so the Evri driver asked me to check the contents in his presence and, fortunately, all was okay. The clock looks smart and once I had mastered putting the correct time in (it was an hour fast), it seems to be running fine - only time will tell!!! Thanks to the vendor.

  I highly recommend this seller for a great priced item which i am very happy with. Great appearance and looks expensive in my bedroom. I would use seller again as item arrived well packaged in a cardboard box.
