  Oh my gosh, what a generous seller! The plush arrived in pristine condition, better than as described. Packaged well, arrived in really good time. They offered me a discount and it was already such a good price. And they included an extra little plush which is absolutely adorable! I'm absolutely beside myself, thank you so much, I'll be checking out your page again for sure! (Would also like to add photos if I can edit this review later to include!)

  The seller did not send the laces and sticker pouch that came with the shoes. Contacted him immediately after the delivery to arrange some sort of compensation, but he refused and gave excuses. Also, pointed me towards contacting the delivery company. Very disrespectful and appalling service. Avoid at all cost!!!

  We received a message from you advising us the item arrived looking as displayed in your images and asked for a £10 refund. The shoes look very different to the ones we posted and are clearly missing laces so we asked for evidence of tampering to the parcel. You have not replied to this, leaving this review instead. We deliver a high level of customer service and take pride in doing so, as shown by our many positive reviews. We are sad to have not been able to resolve this directly.
