  Great communication and prompt well packaged delivery. Unfortunately the product was not voltage compatible in Australia which was my fault. Emanuel promptly approved a return refund with complete understanding and courtesy. He was not obliged to accept returns but did this without any problems. I would highly recommend this seller for their excellent service and sincere business ethics.

  I ordered this product as it was described. The seller emailed me to ask me for more details. I gave them the details. Now days later they cancelled the order and marked it as buyer cancelled. I did not cancel. They failed to deliver. Now I am over a week behind because they couldn't fulfill their commitment. I won't trust them again.
