  This item did not ship as quickly as another I ordered on the same day. When it arrived, the quality, condition, value and appearance was all new and well packaged. The value cannot be beat! MS wanted me to annually renew for 365 at a cost of $129 per machine. My son told me about this product available on Ebay. I now have it without expiration for 5 machines at less than the annual renewal cost from MS. The thumb drive was scanned before use and had no nefarious content as advertised.

  Product key had been used to the extent I could not register the product. Additionally, the product itself is NOT an original an Microsoft Office product. I have included images showing just that. Finally, before offering a full refund the seller sent a second key....Somehow, Ebay says the see nothing wrong with the transaction.

  Seller cancelled my order without contacting me first. Per Ebay, there is a "problem with buyer's address". I used the same address I have used for all my other 159 purchases over the years. Seller is still selling to others, so running out can't be assumed as a root motive for cancelling. Next time just contact me, so we can work it out - do not just cancel my order and wait for Ebay to inform me!
