  This is my second time purchasing this item as I needed 2 of the same type. I waited 8 days for my first which I thought was long, with no communication at all. This time I waited 16 days, so double the time again with no communication what so ever. I appreciate its personalised but the no communication and 16 days delivery lead time is a bit much..

  Fast delivery packed in cardboard box well just wish it had plastic around it as box was soaking wet due to rain but box are great thank you
