    Communication was great from the start. As soon as I ordered this, and email was sent to me describing what was going to happen. It continued from there. The item was shipped in protective case. It looks better than described. I will absolutely use this team for future purchases

    I purchased two Pixel 9 Pro XLs, and these phones are definitely in excellent condition, looking brand new! I've been using mine for a week and absolutely love it, but my husband hasn't set up his yet. These were the best prices I could find in this excellent condition, and very fast shipping! I ordered late Thursday and received them on Saturday! They were packaged well and the phones were secure in the boxes. Great Seller, thank you so much!!!

    The item received wasn't what I thought I was buying, so I returned it. They issued a partial refund, fraudulently stating the item was not received in the condition it was sent. It spent maybe 40 minutes sitting on my desk atop its original packaging - never made contact with anything other than the box it came in. Tried contacting the seller. Asked eBay for help but was 1 day past the 10 day window, and they were completely inflexible. Recommend avoiding this seller, and be careful with eBay.
