  I hate leaving less-than-positive feedback... this is the first time in all my years on eBay. The item arrived damaged, the seller offered a partial refund. It's been 2 weeks, and no refund has been issued, nor has the seller responded to my messages (see screenshot attached). The seller's communication needs improvement. Other than that (and not describing damage in the description), the seller's pricing and speed of delivery are good.
