  I assure you the camera works. I just hooked it up and I am the RMA manager here. Your devices most likely were in a lower megapixel resolution which will cause no image to show. When you buy a BNC camera be sure to let your provider know what to set your camera to. You can locate your devices specs through the place you purchased it and upon purchasing a camera you should read the specs. We also provide free tech support to all our clients . In which case we would walk you through the process.
