  very basic model does not match photos, no manual, had trouble getting the tiller head pole to tighten any further. But direction control of wheels still hit + miss which risks an accident. I could not get them to tighten any further even with an electric drill. I discussed with Seller he said there was no fault. If it was returned it had to be in original box. I live in a static caravan, delivery man took away large box and plastic inner. Less £100 to friend, who took it as he could fix it ?

  Was sent brand new ex display model exactly as in images. Manual is available electronically. Tiler is easy to tighten, and scooter easy to use. As written on listing, its recommended to keep packaging until they are sure it is suitable. We are happy to assist in any case.
