    I messaged the seller to ask a simple question to avoid any disappointment over it not being what I needed/wanted. I received a prompt reply on the same day. I immediately bought it and this seller shipped it the same day and even sent a message letting me know it was shipped and thanking me for my purchase. I am impressed with the quality, value and packaging of my movie, it’s as described in brand new condition. The customer service is excellent, I definitely recommend this seller!

    The DVD appearance looks similar to the listing, and the condition and packaging was good. There was a mistake made on the initial item shipped, and the seller immediately corrected the situation and send the updated tracking and a new DVD before I even knew there was an error. Shipping was very fast for both items. This seller handled the situation perfectly I am very happy with my experience. I highly recommend the seller, they value their clients and their purchases.     seller was fair and helpful regarding anl mix-up on my end with the shipping address (newly built home, thus didn't appear in ebay's postal system). order arrived very quickly, was packaged and protected well, in perfectly new condition as described. great value and overall just a great transaction! thank you!
