Note that I am on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii, so I do not ship on the cheaper price tiers for USPS.
Ground shipping with USPS means that the package will get on a freight ship to the west coast.
Instead of 8 days, USPS Ground can take about three weeks.
UPS and FedEx will fly items between Hawaii and the West Coast and then use trains and trucks from there.
