    I am reaching out to express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent purchase DANFOSS RT121. The item I received does not match the description in the original listing, as it appears used and is defective. The differential knob is only reaching position #7 and does not allow further adjustment, even though it should advance to position #10.I was disappointed to find that my claim was closed without a response or even an apology. I believe this situation deserves proper attention.
