  I received the item in a short time, and I must say that it was really well packaged, protected and at a good price. Unfortunately the item received does not have the label with the word "PRO", as visible in the sales photo and my customers are not at all happy to receive a HDD without the word "PRO" on the label, they only want HDDs with the word "PRO".

  I ordered 4 drives and one was dead on arrival. I was a little worried and this could have been a bad experience with shipping drives back and fourth but Enpei decided to just send me a replacement. I am so happy that they decided to handle it this way. That is great customer service in my mind and I really appreciate them sending me a new one. The 3 working drives were thoroughly tested and have been working great! The last one is being tested now. Thank you so much!
