  I purchased an item on 7/28. I’m still waiting on the item. Although technically there is a tracking label created, the item still has not been shipped. Today is 8/11. I’ve contacted the seller twice & asked for a refund but I’ve not received that either. I’ve gotten no help from the seller or EBay at this point. Super disappointing all around.
