  Shipping was within the expected time. Packaged securely in two layers of cardboard and priority mail envelopes as padding. The item was exactly as described, normal wear and tear but clean and unbroken. Price was cheaper than the brand's replacement.

  The product was shipped with lots of padding and was protected very well. It is a part that is over 30 years old & the machine is unusable without it. This seller went above & beyond in shipping this item by priority mail so I could finish a project in time for my son’s birthday. Excellent communication and customer service.
