  The seller indicated that the item was new, but both batteries have visible marks from use. The seller indicated that the packaging had been opened, but that the batteries had never been used, which is false. The batteries have many signs of use, and the quality is not what was expected.

The package was still sealed (with damage) from where I purchased the batteries and I was assured that they were new. Please know I was not trying to misrepresent an item.
