Feel the item was incorrectly described as light grey but other sellers describe as beige mink so not at all what I expected as it was very pale and with brown and pink shades . Agreed to disagree with the seller. I added the photo of the received fleece vs my current one which is grey to show the contrast . Also the seller photos made the fleece appear much darker than it really is

I am sorry that you are disappointed with the item and disagree with the photos uploaded to show the colour of the item. I did offer you a refund twice to resolve the issue in our conversations, which unfortunately you did not accept.
