  This arrived promptly and was packaged well to avoid any issues. It was as described at a great price. I'm leaving 5 stars for this seller. I had a problem fitting it together and he responded promptly and refunded my money. No discussion, no argument. I told him he didn't need to refund my money since I was able to figure it out. I'd buy again from him without a second thought. He stands by his products.

  Correct new item; however, shipping was challenged and slow by FedEx, great product to own in the event of emergencies for communication with compact and desirable features, if cell phone towers are inoperable anytime and anywhere for short distances, an excellent price point and value, and product is as described in the listing, excellent seller, packaging was ample to prevent damage in shipment, thank you!

  Great seller, easy communication. The price was lower than on Amazon. I did not realize the color was like a rose beige but that doesn’t bother me. Item is new as described. Shipped in its original box . Added bonus that it includes a 1 year warranty.

  Terrific Seller. Offered slightly lower than asking price and was accepted with no haggle (sorry if that ruins your future order profit margin!). Was shipped right away and arrived on time. Definitely open box, but still contents appeared in great condition with contents protected. Only thing was there was just one photo. It showed what appeared to be a stylus, yet there was not one enclosed.
