  I use it all the time now, the build quality is excellent, it’s has some wear and tear, but the value for what it is is hard to beat. The screen, the headphone jack, and controls all appears to all be working and hasn’t had any issues since it arrived.

  I got a full refund and they asked me to keep it because it's defective. However, I'm going to recycle it. They didn't mean to send me defective item but it was the last one. 5 stars are for communication and support not for the item itself
