  Whilst I didn't receive this item, I'm happy to offer a positive response for the seller, about how they dealt the difficulties. In essence both parties involved in the transaction were badly let down by the courier service. Enquiries made to the couriier by the seller indicated that the item had been damaged in transit - bad enough, but compounded by the courier not telling anyone. I'd certainly have no hesitatiofrom in buying from this seller again.

  I purchased this item as it was described as having "Free and Fast Delivery", it was indeed free but as it was ordered on the 16th but didn't arrive until the 27th - it was hardly fast! As can be seen from the photograph, it had been damaged and parcel tape applied to reseal it although a considerable amount of the compost had been lost in the meantime. I don't believe this was caused by the seller I am sure it was due to careless handling by the courier (EVRI) who are normally reliable.

  Again parcel were left outside my front door in full view, didn't even bother to ring the doorbell, was just dumped outside. Apart from this, the product are as described.

  Initially advised as "Delivery untracked" was reassured when latter advised delivery was via a tracked currier . Packaged arrived due to this, latter than first advised, but safely delivered never the less. Drills arrived all as described, and very good value. Big thank you.

  Seller god communications item great value. And he got on to delivery company DELIVERY not seller fault everi we're few days late and left it s in a recycle box
