Shipping was lightning quick, the product was exactly as described, and... when I found some damage, and mind you it was packaged very well, but obviously they can't control the shipping environment. So when I contacted them about the issue, they immediately sent a replacement, which also arrived with lightning speed! I can't say enough good things about this seller. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again! Great work!

I believe fed exp tossed the package when loading and cut the tape to see what was inside and caused the damage to the bag. Otherwise great service and pricing.
