It had to have been boxed up damaged like that (which was not in the description it said it was new!) and the UV light kept turning off. I contacted the seller for a replacement. They don’t respond in a timely manner - offered a $15 refund & wanted me to keep the damaged warmer which I refused. They waited until the last day before eBay could assist to send a return label.
