  Posted quickly and arrived within a couple of days. The image of the outer packaging is slightly misleading, you just get absorber thingy in a clear sealed bag - either way the product is what I was after so don’t mind.

  Ordered 8 only got 4. Messaged them they said have still got the package they came in. which i thew away. They said don't worry we will refund you. Very happy with their customer service. 5 stars when i get refund.

  Thank you. Royal Mail failed to deliver. They delivered this item to a house some 6 miles away! Wrong address and wrong town. I had to chase these items up myself. Then had to collect myself from a sorting office. I believe Royal Mail failed to deliver. I have an investigation on going with them. You should now try and get your posting cost back from Royal Mail…. They completely failed and will pass on any information you need regarding this… Thank you

  DONT BUY FROM THIS SELLER …. THEY WILL CON YOU …. Only sent 1 dumbbell but listing was for PAIR …. I requested a return and was in contact with them then they TOLD ME TO CANCEL THE RETURN … OTHERWISE EBAY WILL RAISE A CASE O ME …. which stupidity I did …as I’ve not used eBay for return for many years … I trusted them for them to offer another dumbbell for £8 …. Cheeky…….. to find out I couldn’t creat another return…. Why are people like this allowed to sell stuff ….

  The listing clearly states both "Single" and "Pair" options, with detailed variation choices including "x2" for a pair. It seems the buyer misunderstood the listing despite this. We communicated with the buyer, explained the issue, and even offered a discounted price for the second item as goodwill. Unfortunately, the buyer is sharing only part of the story.
