  The item was in a box but it has a weird smell like it has been used before the wood has so many scratches and the velvet has a discoloration in multiple spots it looks like a 2nd hand piece. Since I got it at a discounted price, I didn’t want to give the seller a negative review. But honestly it still did not worth the money I spend on it.

  I eagerly unpacked the parts for this item after receiving quickly and to the accurate address to find that one key bolt was missing for assembly. I am in the process of locating the same size bolt at a hardware store to complete assembly.

  Arrived broken and missing pieces. Terrible quality, there are rough working marks everywhere and there are pieces cracked as well as pieces that are no longer glued together. It came in a box that had spent a significant amount of time wet. The cardboard was like paper, damaged and punctured from travel. Then they have the nerve to offer only partial refund. DO NOT BUY.

  You were issued a full refund, and we're sorry for your experience. Damage from shipping isn't in our control, and we tried to work with you to provide replacement parts and partial refund. We did not know how extensive the damage was until later, and then offered a full replacement or refund. You opted for a full refund and we issued the refund immediately, why the negative feedback?
