  Laptop arrived exactly as described and pictured. Shipping arrived early & item was very well packaged & boxed up(laptop bubble wrap sleeve+some filler). The OS was wiped and clean with a local user profile configured and default Windows tracking services were turned off too which was a nice touch. The system runs & games as it should. I've bought a lot of used systems and a lot of eBay over the years & this was a very solid, professional seller. I would not hesitate to purchase from again!

  The seller had excellent communication whenever I asked anything, despite some issues that caused a delay in shipping the package. The packaging of the laptop was excellent, 10/10. It came with several layers of bubble wrap, ensuring that both the laptop and the charger were very well protected. The device, it is exactly as described in the listing. As a recommendation for the seller, I would suggest adding other shipping options, such as UPS or FedEx, since USPS can sometimes cause issues.

  Laptop was delivered on time and is exactly as described (even better condition to be honest). Came well-packaged and wiped clean prior to being received.   Excellent seller, as described, quick shipping. Ebay still has good members, but beware there are a ton of scammers. Hopefully eBay decides to take action before buyers are gone to amazon or marketplace.
