I order this filter and it does not shipped for several days. Then I contact them to ask about when can it ship, no one response!
Then I ask to cancel my order, also no one response me and they ship it after several days even I contacted them to cancel order!
Fine, I get the filter today but the filter is cover with dust! They suppose that it is a brand new item!
Totally no respect! No response! No reliability!
