  I never received my package, So I emailed them about it and I had a response within an hour. Super quick response and funded my money with no problem. I am so impressed that I will definitely be trying to order this item again from them. I just hope we can have tracking on it this time.

  D seller was great.I liked d cutter, it looked good & it was new. But d carrier wouldn't ship it. D carrier sucks. UPS, FEDEX, USPS or whoever it was, wouldn't ship d item. Y? I don't know. A refund is being issued. They good most of d time, but suck on this 1. I don't blame d seller. They kept me informed abt everything. Like I said, it's a cigar cutter, not C4.
