    This seller was so kind to refund the item purchased due to being damaged during shipping, a very noticeable crack that very noticeable ,,But this is lovely piece, the crystal was cracked which has condensation under the face, pictures were sent and without hassle the item was refunded. It clearly was a shipment damaged. But this seller was gracious enough to understand. Recommend seller A++++
