I ordered License plates. The seller sent me a tiny cup with a Mexican flag printed on it. I contacted the seller and they said the orders got mixed up and I was sent the wrong item. I offered to mail their cup back at my expense but they said no need.They promised to mail me my license plates but I haven't heard from them again. It is almost two months now since I placed my order and I haven't received my license plates. Last time I had a chat was May 7th 2024...scam?!

I had the same experience as another reviewer here. The seller never shipped my mug. When I contacted him, he offered to send another (with free personalization), which also never shipped. No response to my request for a refund. Avoid this seller.

The other reviewer you reference received the item was was satisfied with our resolution after the first package was lost. I don't see any messages from you, may I ask how you contacted us? Please reply so that we can get this resolved for you. Thank you.
