  Marc provided the best customer service I have ever received on eBay! There was an initial problem with the shipping carrier and he kept me informed. He resent the shoes, which arrived clean and perfectly packed. Unfortunately the shoes were great but did not accommodate a previously-broken toe. Clear and generous return policy. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller!
