  Received the package today. Shipping was fast, packaging of the item was good. The product is as described, small piece of the speaker was damaged but not a a big issue for me. Good value for the money. Seller has other quality products, might shop again in the near future. Thank you!

  Laptop arrived exactly as described (New old stock) with all protective film still in place. Item was shipped quickly, and seller responded quickly to emailed questions prior to purchase. This specific laptop (Intel Whitebook) shipped with bios 0158, and the seller was kind enough to leave a copy of the Intel Control Center App on the desktop for me to back up in case I need to do a fresh windows install. (It's the only software required for a fresh windows install). Would definitely recommend.

  Arrived quickly and worked as described. Well packaged. The box was severly dented in, but PC was well wrapped with bubble wrap and it arrived in good condition.
