  Initially, the seller sent the wrong item. I was so disappointed and somewhat miffed. I contacted her immediately, she acknowledged the mistake and immediately moved to correct it. She refunded the incorrect purchase, expedited shipping of the replacement and offered a discounted price. Not only that, she included a note in the package, apologizing again for the mix-up. Mistakes happen; she dealt with it in a most professional way. And, I absolutely LOVE the dress, as I hoped I would!

  The seller initially sent the wrong item, and I was really disappointed and afraid that the dress I ordered didn't even exist. She was immediately responsive to the situation and very apologetic. She even included a hand-written note in the correct package, apologizing for the mix-up. I did get the correct address today, and it's even more beautiful in person than the photo. It fits me perfectly and looks great. I was very happy with the way the seller handled the mistake.
