  I had the dreaded extremely loud static coming from my radio when the unit got hot. I had seen multiple recommendations to use John's service from a few different forums discussing this issue so I decided to go ahead and take the plunge. I'm happy to say I have had no issues since reinstalling the unit in my car! Good experience overall and quick turnaround time on the repair and return shipping!

  The buzzing/hissing coming from the system was horrible! I was hesitant to give John a try, but was convinced by a friend I should make the plunge as the alternative was unthinkable--purchasing a new system. John was extremely communicative, and long story short, my navigation system works like new! John literally returned it to me fixed within days, and that was across the country! My friend reinstalled it, and I am not missing anything! Thanks, John! Highly recommend! Great job!
