  This seller is a great communicator! My package ended up getting lost is transit so it took much longer than it should have but they stayed up to date on every movement and took care of opening a lost item ticket with USPS. It was delivered soon after that. I was worried that the item would be damaged since it had been lost for a while but thanks to the excellent packing job, it arrived in prefect condition. I could not be happier with the service I received. A sincere thank you!!

  This was the best packaged breakable I have ever received through the mail! Went above and beyond, and I appreciate it so much. It also helps that there was a fragile sticker on the outside because I see too many deliveries were they just throw the packages. Item as described. Thanks!

  I’m so in love with my bunny rabbit cookie jar! It was packed so well, so much so it took me a little under an hour to remove all the layers. It looks very expensive and it shipped very quickly!
